Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions cover all bookings made through the AlaTourqo brand, operated by JOY DEEP TRAVEL TURİZM TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (TURSAB: 16222, Şişli Tax Office — 484 219 0698). By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.

1. Booking Contract
A binding contract is formed when AlaTourqo sends written confirmation of your booking. The contract is between JOY DEEP TRAVEL TURİZM TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., the licensed tour operator responsible for organising and operating the tour, and you as the customer ("Customer").
The booking confirmation specifies the services included in the tour. Services not explicitly stated in the confirmation are not included.
2. Payment
A deposit of 50% of the tour price is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the departure date. If payment is not received within the specified period, AlaTourqo reserves the right to cancel the booking; the cancellation fees set out in the Cancellation Policy will apply.
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment of the tour price is required at the time of booking, regardless of payment method.
All prices are quoted per person in Euro (€) and cover the services stated in the confirmation. Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed with a deposit or full payment.
When paying by bank transfer, the Customer is required to upload the payment receipt via My Bookings. Payments will not be processed unless notification is received.
Security notice: AlaTourqo will never communicate bank account details by email, WhatsApp or through third parties. Official payment information is published exclusively at alatourqo.com/payment-info. If you receive a payment request from any other source, do not make any payment and contact us immediately at [email protected].
3. Booking Confirmation and Tour Voucher
Your booking is only finalised upon receipt of written confirmation from AlaTourqo. The tour voucher (participation document) is issued after the tour price has been paid in full. If the voucher has not been issued due to outstanding payment, you may be refused access to transport, accommodation or tour sites.
4. Passenger Information and Name Changes
All passenger details, including name, nationality and passport information, must be submitted via My Bookings no later than 21 days before departure. If this deadline is missed, the relevant passenger may not be accepted on the tour.
Name changes are free of charge up to 21 days before departure; requests made within 21 days of departure cannot be accommodated.
5. Booking Transfer
You may transfer your booking to another person provided written notice is given at least 7 days before departure. The transferring and receiving parties are jointly and severally liable for any outstanding balance and transfer costs. Bookings cannot be transferred within 7 days of departure.
6. Date Change
One free date change per booking is permitted, provided the request is made at least 30 days before departure and availability exists. Changes requested within 30 days of departure are subject to an administrative fee of €50 per person. A date change does not constitute a cancellation and does not entitle the Customer to a refund.
7. Cancellation and Refund
30 or more days before departure: Full refund less a €250 administrative fee. 8–29 days before departure: 50% of the tour price refunded. 7 or fewer days before departure: No refund. The full tour price is retained. No-show: No refund. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, quoting the booking reference number, to [email protected] or via WhatsApp. The cancellation date is the date on which AlaTourqo receives written notice.
8. Cancellation or Modification by AlaTourqo
AlaTourqo may cancel a tour if the minimum number of participants (6 persons) is not reached, or due to force majeure or safety reasons. In such cases, the Customer will be offered a full refund or an alternative departure date at no extra charge. No further compensation will be paid.
AlaTourqo reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the tour itinerary when necessary. Notice will be given at least 24 hours in advance for domestic tours and at least 48 hours for international tours. Accommodation standard or the number of nights may not be reduced without the Customer's consent.
9. Force Majeure
AlaTourqo and Joy Deep Travel Turizm Tic. Ltd. Şti. cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government decisions, war, political instability, strikes, civil unrest, or disruptions caused by third-party transport providers. In such cases, an alternative date will be offered or a partial refund provided.
10. Health, Fitness and Conduct
All participants are expected to be in reasonable physical condition for the activities involved. Any health conditions, disabilities or dietary requirements must be disclosed in writing at the time of booking. AlaTourqo reserves the right to remove from the tour any participant who poses a risk to others; no refund will be given for unused portions of the tour in such cases.
11. Travel Documents
Customers are solely responsible for obtaining all required passports, visas and entry permits for the tour itinerary. AlaTourqo accepts no liability for losses arising from failure to obtain the necessary documentation.
12. Baggage
Customers are responsible for their own baggage. Valuables, cash and documents should not be placed in checked luggage. AlaTourqo accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage except where directly caused by proven negligence on the part of AlaTourqo staff.
13. Travel Insurance
All package tour customers are covered by the mandatory package tour liability insurance required under Turkish law (Law No. 1618, Art. 12); coverage is limited to the tour price paid. Customers are strongly advised to arrange personal travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation and baggage loss.
14. Liability
AlaTourqo, through its licensed tour operator Joy Deep Travel Turizm Tic. Ltd. Şti., is responsible for booking, communication, payment, transport, accommodation and ground operations. AlaTourqo's total liability to any customer shall not exceed the tour price paid by that customer.
15. Complaints
Any issues arising during the tour must be reported in writing at the time, to both the AlaTourqo representative and the accommodation provider. Post-tour complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the tour end date.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall first be referred to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Matters exceeding the committee's jurisdiction shall be heard by the Consumer Courts. For all other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara shall have jurisdiction.
