Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

• Creating and managing your tour booking — performance of contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c)
• Official registration notification to accommodation facilities (passport data) — legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç)
• Sharing information with transport and accommodation providers — performance of contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c)
• Customer services and complaint management — legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f)
• Promotional, campaign and newsletter communications — explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1)

Parties to Whom Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your data may be shared with accommodation and transport providers, and with relevant public authorities and institutions where required by law. Your data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention Periods

• Booking and passenger records — 5 years from the tour date
• Traffic and communication data — 2 years (Law No. 5651)
• Marketing consent records — 1 year after consent is withdrawn (Law No. 6563)

Upon expiry of retention periods, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your Rights under KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information if it is, and learn the purpose of processing
• Learn the third parties to whom data has been transferred, domestically or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and notification of the correction to relevant third parties
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in KVKK Art. 7
• Object to outcomes arising from automated analysis that are to your detriment
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from this disclosure text shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara.
