What Data We Collect

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number, country of residence
• Booking information — tour selection, departure date, number of passengers, room type
• Passenger details — full names, nationalities, dates of birth, passport numbers and expiry dates
• Health & dietary information — medical conditions or dietary requirements you voluntarily disclose
• Payment records — transaction amounts and dates (we do not store card numbers)
• Communication records — emails, WhatsApp messages and support tickets
• Website usage data — pages visited, browser type, approximate location (via cookies)

Why We Use Your Data

• To process and manage your booking
• To communicate with you about your tour before, during and after travel
• To pass necessary passenger details to Joy Deep Travel Turizm Tic. Ltd. Şti. for tour operations and accommodation registration
• To comply with Turkish legal obligations (e.g. passport data for official hotel registration)

Who We Share Your Data With

• Hotels and transport providers — only the information necessary for your stay or journey
• Payment processors — for secure transaction handling

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Credit Card Security

Card payments are processed via 3D Secure through our payment provider. We do not store your card details at any point. After a transaction is completed, card data is deleted from the system.

How Long We Keep Your Data

• Booking and passenger records — 5 years after your tour date (Turkish commercial law)
• Traffic and communication data — 2 years (Law No. 5651)
• Marketing consent records — 1 year after consent is withdrawn (Law No. 6563)

You may request deletion of marketing data at any time.
