General Conditions
General conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program. The tour circular is valid as of the publication date 14.02.2025. Any tour circular published at a later date for the same tour invalidates the previous one.
Cancellation and Refund Conditions:
Up to 30 days before, it can be held open with free cancellation; it can be refunded with a deduction of 250 €.
For cancellations made 30 days before the tour, a 50% deduction is applied.
Payment Conditions:
To make a reservation, 50% of the tour fee must be paid. The remaining payment must be made 1 month before the tour date.
Tour Information:
The tour duration is 8 days and 7 nights, and hotel accommodation is 7 nights.
Seat numbers are strictly not promised or guaranteed during reservation.
Transportation and hotel notes added to the reservation are not guaranteed.
Child Discounts:
Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanied by two adults.
For children aged 0–7, a bed may not be provided in hotel accommodation.
Pricing and Refund:
A gradual price increase system may be applied in the tour.
Unused services such as transportation, accommodation, and excursions are non-refundable.
Cancellation Rights:
If the required number is not reached, the cancellation right is reserved by the organizing agency up to 7 days before the tour departure date. In such a case, the agency is obliged to inform its guests personally.
In tours canceled by the organizing agency, all payments must be refunded without deduction.
Flight Tours:
In flight tours, airline agreements are valid for flight-related sections. Cancellation insurances do not cover air transportation. Economy class is used in flight tour programs.
Program Changes:
In the timing of the program (the order of places to be visited during the day or between days), the guide may make changes if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, or similar reasons.
The organizing agency is not responsible for places that cannot be visited due to force majeure (weather, road conditions, crowd at visiting points, etc.) even if they are included in the tour program.
Participation Conditions:
Participants must carry reports regarding their health conditions, pregnancy status, or medications that they must use continuously.
The hotel names stated in the tour are the priority accommodation facilities. Due to density and force majeure, hotels may be changed provided that they are of the same standard.
Clothing and Vehicle Information:
Clothing, accessories, and shoes (boots, slippers, sandals, water shoes, etc.) suitable for the geographical structure, weather conditions, and tour concept of the region should be preferred.
The vehicle types used in the tour are classified according to the number of participants as follows:
Buses: Used for 28–46 people.
Midibuses: Used for 17–27 people.
Minibuses: Used for up to 16 people.
The above written tour program has been originally prepared by the organizing agency and is arranged in accordance with Consumer Law No. 6502.
