General Terms and Conditions

General terms and conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from it. The tour circular is valid as of its publication date of 14.02.2025. A tour circular published at a later date for the same tour supersedes the previous one.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Free cancellation and deferral is available up to 30 days in advance; a refund with a €250 deduction is applicable.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour are subject to a 50% deduction.

Payment Terms:

To make a reservation by bank transfer, 50% of the tour fee must be paid. The remaining payment must be made 1 month before the tour date.

Tour Information:

The tour duration is 8 days, 7 nights, with 7 nights of hotel accommodation.

Seat number requests or guarantees are absolutely not provided at the time of reservation.

Transportation and hotel notes added to the reservation are not guaranteed.

Child Discounts:

Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for a single child accompanied by two adults.

A bed may not be provided for children aged 0–7 during hotel accommodation.

Pricing and Refunds:

A tiered pricing increase system may be applied on the tour.

Unused rights such as transportation, accommodation, and excursions are non-refundable.

Cancellation Rights:

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the right to cancel remains with the operating agency up to 7 days before the tour departure date. In the event of such a cancellation, the operating agency is obliged to notify its guests directly.

For tours cancelled by the operating agency, it is obliged to refund all payments in full without any deductions.

Tours with Flights:

For tours with flights, the airline agreement applies to all flight-related sections. Cancellation insurance does not cover air transportation. Economy class is used in flight tour programs.

Program Changes:

The guide may make changes to the program schedule (order of places to be visited during the day or between days) due to weather conditions, road conditions, or other reasons deemed necessary.

The operating agency is absolutely not responsible for places included in the tour program that cannot be visited due to force majeure (weather, road conditions, crowding at venues, etc.).

Participation Conditions:

Participants must carry reports related to their health conditions, pregnancy status, or medications they are required to use continuously.

Hotel names specified in the tour are the facilities with accommodation priority. Hotels may be subject to change due to high demand and force majeure, provided they are of the same standard.

Clothing and Vehicle Information:

Appropriate clothing, accessories, and footwear (boots, slippers, sandals, water shoes, etc.) should be chosen in accordance with the geographical nature of the region, weather conditions, and the tour concept.

Vehicle types used in the tour are classified according to the number of passengers as follows:

Coaches: Used for groups of 28–46 people.

Midi-buses: Used for groups of 17–27 people.

Minibuses: Used for groups of up to 16 people.
