North Cyprus: Kyrenia, Famagusta & Nicosia Tour

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

General terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently. This tour circular is valid as of 14.02.2025. Any subsequent circular for the same tour will render the previous one invalid.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the tour; refunds incur a €250 deduction.
• Cancellations made 30 days before the tour are subject to a 50% deduction.

Payment Terms:

• For reservations, 50% of the tour price must be paid. The remaining balance is due 1 month before the tour.

Tour Information:

• Duration: 6 days, 5 nights; hotel accommodation: 5 nights.
• No seat number can be guaranteed at the time of reservation.
• Transportation and hotel notes mentioned in the reservation are not guaranteed.

Child Discounts:

• Child discounts apply for one child accompanying two adults.
• Children aged 0–7 may not have a bed provided in the hotel.

Pricing & Refunds:

• Tiered price increases may apply.
• Unused services such as transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are non-refundable.

Cancellation Rights:

• If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the producer agency reserves the right to cancel up to 7 days before the tour departure date. In such cases, the producer agency is responsible for informing the guests directly.
• In tours cancelled by the producer agency, full payment will be refunded without deductions.

Flights:

• For tours including flights, the airline contract applies. Cancellation insurance does not cover air travel. Economy class is used in flight tours.

Program Changes:

• The guide may change the order of visits or days due to weather, road conditions, or other operational reasons.
• The producer agency is not responsible for sites that cannot be visited due to force majeure (weather, road conditions, crowding, etc.).

Participation Requirements:

• Participants must carry reports regarding health issues, pregnancy, or required medications.
• Hotel names listed in the program indicate priority accommodations; due to availability or force majeure, hotels may be substituted with equivalent-standard properties.

Clothing & Vehicle Information:

• Guests should wear clothing, accessories, and footwear (boots, sandals, water shoes, etc.) suitable for the region’s geography, weather, and tour activities.

Vehicle Classification:

• Buses: 28–46 passengers
• Midibuses: 17–27 passengers
• Minibuses: up to 16 passengers
