General Terms and Conditions

General terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently. The tour circular is valid as of 14.02.2025. Any subsequent circular published for the same tour will invalidate the previous one.

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Up to 30 days in advance, cancellations can be held open free of charge; refunds can be made with a €250 deduction.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the tour will incur a 50% deduction.

Payment Terms:

In order to make a reservation, 50% of the tour fee must be paid. The remaining payment must be completed 1 month before the tour date.

Tour Information:

The duration of the tour is 8 days and 7 nights, and hotel accommodation is for 7 nights.

No seat number promise or guarantee is given during reservation.

Transportation and hotel notes added to the reservation are not guaranteed.

Child Discounts:

Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults.

Children aged 0-7 may not be provided a bed in hotel accommodation.

Pricing and Refunds:

A gradual price increase system may be applied in the tour.

Unused rights such as transportation, accommodation, and local tours are non-refundable.

Cancellation Rights:

If the required number of participants is not reached, the producer agency reserves the right to cancel up to 7 days before the tour departure date. In such a case, the producer agency is obliged to inform the guests personally.

For tours canceled by the producer agency, all payments must be refunded in full without any deductions.

Air Tours:

In air tours, the airline contract applies to the flight-related sections. Cancellation insurance does not cover air transportation. Economy class is used in air tour programs.

Program Changes:

The guide may make changes to the program schedule (the order of visits during the day or between days) if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, or similar reasons.

The producer agency is not responsible for places that cannot be visited due to force majeure (weather, road conditions, congestion at sites, etc.), even if they are included in the tour program.

Participation Conditions:

Participants are required to carry reports regarding health issues, pregnancy, or medications they must use regularly.

The hotel names specified in the tour are the priority accommodation facilities. Due to density and force majeure, hotels may vary provided that they are of the same standard.

Clothing and Vehicle Information:

Clothing, accessories, and shoes (boots, slippers, sandals, water shoes, etc.) suitable for the geographical structure, weather conditions, and tour concept of the region should be preferred.

The types of vehicles used in the tour are classified according to the number of participants as follows:

Buses: Used for 28-46 participants.

Midibuses: Used for 17-27 participants.

Minibuses: Used for up to 16 participants.
