General Terms

General terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently. The tour circular is valid as of 14.02.2025. Any subsequent circular published for the same tour will invalidate the previous one.

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Cancellations up to 30 days in advance can be held open free of charge; refunds are possible with a €250 deduction.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the tour will incur a 50% deduction.

Payment Terms:

For reservations, 50% of the tour fee must be paid. The remaining payment is due 1 month before the tour date.

Tour Information:

The tour lasts 8 days and 7 nights, with 7 nights of hotel accommodation.
Seat numbers are not guaranteed at the time of reservation.
There is no guarantee for transportation and hotel notes made in the reservation.

Child Discounts:

Child discounts in tour packages apply for a single child accompanying two adults.
Children aged 0-7 may not be provided a bed in the hotel accommodation.

Pricing and Refunds:

A tiered pricing system may apply on the tour.
Unused rights, such as transportation, accommodation, or local tours, are non-refundable.

Cancellation Rights:

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the producer agency reserves the right to cancel up to 7 days before the tour start date. The agency is responsible for notifying guests directly in case of such a cancellation.
In tours canceled by the producer agency, all payments must be refunded in full without deductions.

Air Tours:

For air tours, the airline contract applies to all flight segments. Cancellation insurance does not cover air transportation. Economy class is used in air tour programs.

Program Changes:

The guide may adjust the program schedule (sequence of daily visits or days) due to weather, road conditions, or other reasons deemed necessary.
The producer agency is not responsible for sites not visited due to force majeure (weather, road conditions, crowding at sites, etc.).

Participation Requirements:

Participants must carry reports regarding health issues, pregnancy, or medications they must take regularly.
The hotel names listed in the tour are priority accommodations. Due to occupancy or force majeure, hotels may change while maintaining the same standard.

Clothing and Vehicle Information:

Clothing, accessories, and shoes (boots, slippers, sandals, water shoes, etc.) suitable for the geographical structure, weather, and tour concept of the region must be chosen.
Vehicle types used on the tour are classified according to the number of participants:
Buses: used for 28-46 people
Midibuses: used for 17-27 people
Minibuses: used for up to 16 people
