General Terms and Conditions

The general terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately. The tour circular is valid as of its publication on 14.02.2025. Any subsequent circular for the same tour will invalidate the previous one.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations up to 30 days before the tour are free; refunds can be made with a €250 deduction.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour are subject to a 50% deduction.

Payment Terms:

• For reservations, 50% of the tour price must be paid. The remaining balance is due 1 month before the tour date.

Tour Information:

• The tour lasts 8 days and 7 nights, with 7 nights of hotel accommodation.
• Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed at the time of reservation.
• There is no guarantee for transportation or hotel notes made during the reservation.

Child Discounts:

• Child discounts apply for one child accompanying two adults.
• Children aged 0-7 may not be provided a bed in the hotel.

Pricing and Refunds:

• A tiered pricing system may be applied to the tour.
• Unused rights such as transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing tours are non-refundable.

Right to Cancel:

• If the minimum participant number is not reached, the right to cancel is reserved by the organizing agency up to 7 days before the tour departure. In such cases, the organizing agency is responsible for notifying the guests directly.
• Tours canceled by the organizing agency will be fully refunded without any deductions.

Tours with Flights:

• For tours including flights, airline contracts apply to the flight sections. Cancellation insurance does not cover air travel. Economic class is used in air-inclusive tour programs.

Program Changes:

• The guide may adjust the order of daily tours or activities due to weather, road conditions, or other necessary reasons.
• The organizing agency is not responsible for sites that cannot be visited due to force majeure (weather, road conditions, crowding, etc.).

Participation Requirements:

• Participants must carry reports related to health issues, pregnancy, or necessary ongoing medications.
• Hotel names listed in the tour are preferred accommodations; due to capacity or force majeure, hotels of equivalent standard may be used.

Clothing and Transportation Information:

• Clothing, accessories, and footwear (boots, sandals, slippers, water shoes, etc.) should be appropriate for the region, weather, and tour concept.
• Vehicle types used on the tour are classified by the number of participants:
• Buses: 28-46 passengers
• Midibuses: 17-27 passengers
• Minibuses: up to 16 passengers

The above tour program is originally prepared by the organizing agency in accordance with Consumer Law No. 6502.
