About the Role

AlaTourqo is a TURSAB-certified tour operator based in Mudanya, Bursa, offering professionally guided cultural tours across all 7 regions of Türkiye. We are expanding our presence in German, French and Dutch-speaking European markets and are looking for a motivated Erasmus+ intern to help us reach more travellers through digital channels.

This is a hands-on role: you will create real content for real audiences, run live social media accounts, and contribute directly to our sales and marketing efforts.

What You Will Do

- Create bilingual social media content (Instagram, Facebook) targeting English, German, French or Dutch-speaking audiences

- Write and publish blog articles and destination guides in English and/or your native language

- Support Social Media Campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) — content creation and audience research

- Help manage and grow our Facebook community groups in target markets

- Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email and social media in your native language

- Research new travel trends, competitor activity and market opportunities in your target market

- Assist with newsletter campaigns and email marketing

Working Hours & Conditions

- 35 hours/week, Monday–Friday (09:00–17:00)

- Weekends free — explore Mudanya, Bursa and beyond

- 2 extra free days per month

- Remote/hybrid possible for part of the internship (to be discussed)
