General Terms:

The general terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately. The tour circular is valid as of its publication date, 15.04.2024. Any tour circular for the same tour published at a later date supersedes the previous one.

• Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 30 days before departure. Refunds are possible with a €250 deduction. Cancellations within 30 days of the tour are subject to a 50% deduction.

• Reservations can be made by paying 50% of the tour fee via bank transfer. The remaining payment must be completed 1 month before the tour date.

• For credit card payments, the full tour fee is required to secure the reservation.

• The tour duration is 8 days and 7 nights, with 7 nights of hotel accommodation.

• Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed at the time of reservation.

• Transportation and hotel notes indicated in the reservation are not guaranteed.

• Child discounts in tour packages apply for one child accompanying two adults.

• Children aged 0–7 years may not be provided with a separate bed in hotels.

• A tiered price increase system may apply for the tour.

• Unused transportation, accommodation, excursions, or similar rights are non-refundable.

• If sufficient participation is not reached, the producer agency reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 7 days before the departure date. In such cases, the agency is obliged to inform participants personally.

• For tours canceled by the producer agency, the agency must refund the full payment without deductions.

• For tours including flights, the airline contract applies. Cancellation insurance does not cover flights. Economy class is used in flight-inclusive tours.

• The guide may change the program schedule (sequence of sightseeing or days) due to weather, road conditions, or other necessary reasons.

• The producer agency is not responsible for locations that cannot be visited due to force majeure (weather, road conditions, crowding, etc.), even if listed in the program.

• Participants must carry medical reports regarding health conditions, pregnancy, or medications required during the tour.

• Hotel names mentioned in the tour are preferred accommodations. Due to high demand or force majeure, hotels may change while maintaining equivalent standards.

• Participants should wear clothing, accessories, and footwear (boots, sandals, water shoes, etc.) suitable for the geography, weather conditions, and tour concept.

• Vehicle types for the tour are classified according to the number of participants:

  • Buses: 28–46 people

  • Midibuses: 17–27 people

  • Minibuses: up to 16 people
